Happy and Healthy New Year, Jeff.
Happy New Year Jeff. UCLA got beat by a point. I watched the Ohio State-Georgia game. Another one-point win. Let us hope the team is better than some think it will be.
HNY
Happy New Year folks.
I gave up on college football long ago, so I hope you all get your wishes on that. As far as the Dodgers are concerned, I’m ready for anything in 2023. I don’t want to be too greedy.
Hoping I can live by the following principle:
Happiness is not having what you want, it’s wanting what you have
I think in all probability there were three categories of baseballs used last year. For the sake of argument I am going to say that a third of the baseballs used last year did not carry as far as those used in past seasons and certainly not as far as the balls used in 2019 which have been said to have been juiced.
For those that are considered power hitters with a K rate less than 25% there should be an increase in home runs. Here is my guess for the Dodgers in 2023.
Lux 18
Betts 36
Freeman 26
Smith 25
Martinez 30
Muncy 16
Thompson 19
Outman 26
Vargas 18
Taylor 14
Let the tears roll for Muncy. 😂
I’m watching, for a second time, Glass Onion.
It’s a ton of fun!
“It’s a dangerous thing to mistake speaking without thought for speaking the truth.”
Anthony Castrovince says the Dodgers will win it all in 23.
Go USC!!!!!!!
Maybe someone should check on Jeff. That was a humiliating performance by SC.
No doubt a lot of you were watching the Buffalo game last night. My thoughts go out to Hamlin and his family. I don’t know how anyone who witnessed that cannot be affected by it. Not sure how the NFL will respond but we know the show must go on.
The Dodgers are bringing back Roger Owens, one of their all time best pitchers, for 2023 and were able to get him for peanuts so he won’t cause the Dodgers to exceed the CBT penalty threshold.
You are welcome.
